LNS QUICK LOAD BAR FEEDER, Model QL-60, 1/2" to 3-1/8" Bar Capacity, Feeds 6" Bars, New 1996.

LNS Quick Load Barfeeders are an Encoder which Allows for Bar Length Measuring During Initial Setup and Throughout the Production Cycle. Each Bar is Measured for Length and  Recorded for Continuous Feeding to a Premeasured Distance Beyond the Chuck Face, Even when  Random Length Bars are Used. While the Last Part is Being Machined, Quick Load is Automatically  Loading the Next Bar to be Measured and Production Continues Without Interruption. When a New  Bar is Loaded, it Travels at a High Speed and Decelerates to a Preselected Position Beyond the Face of the Chuck Without the Use of the Machine Turret for Face Off.

ADVANTAGES OF USE:
Optimum Use of Floor Space is Gained by the Compact Design which Features a Front or Rear  Loading Magazine. This Integral Stock Magazine Holds up to (75) 1/2" Diameter, Precut,  Nonchamfered Bar Stock Allowing Continuous Operation of Extended Production Runs.
