Our guarantee when applicable is a 30-day money back return privilege. Specifically, the machine must be returned within 30 days from the shipment date from our warehouse in the same condition in which it left our warehouse. It must be returned freight prepaid. There is no reimbursement of the freight to or from purchaser. There is no reimbursement for rigging at the buyer's facility. The refund will be for 100% of the purchase price minus any repairs we have to do to it to get it back to ‘as shipped from our facility’ condition.
Not Covered:
If the machine receives freight or rigging damage it cannot be returned. Those claims for restitution need to be taken up with the rigger or freight company.
Improper use, neglect or abuse of the machine also voids the return privilege.
Recommended:
Insist on inspecting the machine under power in our warehouse and accept it on our floor. Or insist on a video of it running in our warehouse. This way you know what you are getting and your freight and rigging costs are not at risk. Or we can give you the names of several local independent technicians to inspect the machine for you. If they find a problem, normally we would be glad to remedy the problem at our facility prior to shipment. Problems are not usually found because we try to make sure problems, if any, are remedied prior to the machine being put up for sale.
