IBAG 10,000 - 40,000 RPM High Frequency Spindle with Drive, Model IH-80, 10,000 RPM Min, 40,000 RPM Max, SKI 20 Spindle Taper, Includes Drive, Tooling, Extra Spindle.

Spindle is all self-contained and designed to easily replace most OEM Milling Spindles. Simple Flange Mount on Spindle. All Wiring and Chiller Lines have quick disconnect couplings. Includes Free Standing Chiller and Drive Unit. These Spindles are used for Production Manufacturing, Electrodes, and for Mold and Die Machining. Materials cut include Hardened Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Graphite, and various Plastics.
PACKAGE INCLUDES 2 SPINDLES: (2) HF80 High Speed Spindles, One we just removed from a machine and it is in Excellent Condition. The Other was Factory Rebuilt By IBAG and has been Unused since the Rebuild. IBAG Variable Speed High Frequency Drive Unit with Built-in Chiller, SKI20 Spindle Taper, (26) Toolholders, Each Spindle Has a Programmable Power Draw Bar that can be used with ATC or Push Button, (1) Wiring Harness.
