The Ramco Multi Station Automated Penetrant System Automatically Washes, Rinses, Dries and Applies Developer to Specific Parts Loaded into Carriers and Placed onto the Load Station. The System Transfers the Baskets Through the Entire Process without Manual Assistance and Shuts Off When Complete.
The System has been Fitted onto a Fabricated Base. The First and Second Stations Consist of an Ultrasonic Wash and Overflowing Rinse. The Third Station is a Dryer. The Fourth Station is the Application of the Penetrant. The Fifth Station is the Rollover with Upper, Middle, and Lower. Multiple Rollover Repeats the Dual Mode Process for any Number of Preset "Rollovers". The Result is Faster Cleaning and More Effective Processing. The Sixth Station is a Dryer. The Seventh Station is the Developer. The Process Flow is from Left to Right.

NOTE: THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE ANY BASKETS WITH IT.
