Fanuc 160i-TB CNC Pendent Control w/CRT, Multiple Part Program Storage, RS-232 Port, 26 Position Automatic Tool Changer, Heavy Duty 100 HP Spindle, Programmable Cross Slide with Dual Scales, Renishaw HPMA Tool Probe, Full Length Ram Head Travel Across the Width of the Table, Linear Feedback Scales on All Axis, Uses Wedge Lock and KM80 Modular Tool Holders, 3.15" Diameter High Performance Ball Screws, Large 10" Square Ram, Metal Way Covers, Full Splash Enclosure, Coolant Through the Tools, Chip Conveyor and Coolant System.
Machine was run in a cell with 40" Pallet Horizontal Machining Centers. The machine is currently equipped with a pallet receiver mounted on the table. The Machine will include a Loading track and (2) 40" Square Pallets. The Pallet receiver bolts-on and can be removed and replaced with a T-slotted plate or chuck.
